Nicky Stubbs has a talent for cooking that is appreciated by all her friends and family. After lunch they lose their good manners and fight over the chocolate mousse bowl; at tea time they drop in unexpectedly in the hope of a freshly baked lemon sponge, and at supper time they can count on being invited to linger as there is always enough food for everyone. Nicky's passions are family, friends, food and books. In her long and interesting career, she has completed a Cordon Bleu cooking course, cooked in London and France, run restaurants, catered, given cooking classes and written for magazines. She is currently the Sales and Marketing Manager of NB Publishers.
