Biographical info

Well-known culinary personality and Parmalat chef, François Ferreira, is famed for his contemporary and quirky approach to South Africa’s rich and diverse food culture. He is the head of Eden Hospitality Service and Training Unit in Oudtshoorn but makes time to take part in the Cape Gourmet Festival and the Good Food & Wine Show.

He appeared in a food programme produced for Carlton Food Network, Three Chefs in the Cape, and regularly appears on South African radio and television.
