Peter Veldsman is one of South Africa’s food gurus. He was food editor at SARIE for 16 years and owns the well-known Emily’s Restaurant in Cape Town’s V & A Waterfront.
Peter is the author of four other cookbooks. He regularly writes food columns for newspapers and magazines, and is often called on to act as a consultant, speaker, or judge. He is a South African authority on entertaining and food.
